Sea Now events: Eva Meijer in Edinburgh, Leeds, Exeter and London

We’re excited to welcome the Dutch philosopher, artist and writer Eva Meijer to the UK in December to present Sea Now, a novel that chronicles the total flooding of the Netherlands from the perspective of a wide cast of characters, including a young poet, an oceanographer, the prime minister, a lost dog and the sea itself. Hailed as a ‘fabulist disaster novel, doubling as identity-of-the-nation commentary…’ in a recent review by Niall Harrison in Locus Magazine, Sea Now is timely, poetic and bound to spark debate. Join us in Edinburgh, Leeds, Exeter or London to hear from the author themselves.
