When will I get the next book in my subscription?
Subscribers receive three books a year. We send out subscription books 6-8 weeks before publication in Spring, Autumn, and Winter. We also email our subscribers mailing list ahead of send outs to let them know what’s coming next.
I have moved address. How do I update my subscription details?
If you have changed address, please let us know directly using this contact form and update your details via the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
Why has my Peirene Subscription renewed automatically?
It is clearly stated on our subscription page that our standard subscription renews every year automatically. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so any time before the renewal date on the ‘My Account’ section of our website. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can opt for our 1 year gift subscription instead.
Why has my subscription renewal failed?
Subscription renewals usually fail when a customer changes address or card details. If your subscription payment has failed and you wish to renew your subscription, you can update your payment details on the ‘My Account’ section of our website or purchase a new subscription here.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
For orders in the UK please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us to organise a replacement. For international orders please allow 21 working days. For customers in countries within the European Union, please note that your order may be held at customs and may be liable to customs charges on entry into your country.
Do you accept unsolicited submissions?
We do not have a formal submissions window, but we do accept pitches from translators. We always endeavour to reply in good time, but due to the volume of pitches we receive, we ask you to allow up to 60 days before you send us a follow up.
